New Features 🎉

  • Inventory account view: check out your list of accounts on the Inventory page by changing the "View by" drop down on the inventory table

UI enhancements:

  • Persistent filters & searches: filters and searches now remain active even when you navigate away from an index page and return, ensuring a seamless browsing experience.
  • Alphabetized filters: filters in dropdown menus are now ordered alphabetically to quickly find what you need.
  • Loading state improvements: new loading states during ticket submissions will clearly indicate when the system is processing your request.
  • TechExpress error handling: drafts are automatically created to save your work if TechExpress encounters an error.

New to G360: AccessExpress

We're excited to introduce G360's newest feature, AccessExpress - a transformative quoting process designed for your connectivity services. This powerful tool instantly identifies the best service provider coverage and pricing options across multiple networks, empowering you to make informed decisions with ease.

Key features:

💡Intelligent quoting: G360's unique quoting engine integrates directly with over 100+ carriers to provide you with real-time, competitive pricing for your locations.

🌎Location based customization: customize requirements and order services on a per-location basis within one quote.

💻Streamlined ordering: Approve quotes and place orders with a click!

To get started:

  1. Click "AccessExpress" on the navigation sidebar. Then type an address in the search bar, select desired services, and click "Check availability."
  2. On the next page, add additional locations and specify any service requirements or preferences before submitting the quote request.
  3. Within a few seconds, a formal Granite quote will be ready for review. A pinning feature is available to compare different options.
  4. Add desired options to your cart & click "Submit" to place your circuit order!

    1. Pinning quotes feature to allow comparison between two quote options.
    2. Streamlined quoting process - same range of carrier options with fewer clicks and less waiting!

  • TechExpress release
    The use of TechExpress has been released to users with select parent account access.

  • Updated pagination on tables
    Click the ellipses (...) and type in a page number to jump right to it.

  • Enhanced Company selection 
    Company account numbers added to the "Select your Company" page upon log in.

  • Mobile responsiveness
    Enhancements to mobile responsiveness have been made for G360 Inventory pages, allowing users to view more, on the go!

✨ Sidebar panel: Moving site navigation to the side allows you to personalize your experience. Use the toggle to expand the sidebar and see a detailed view of menu items, or collapse the sidebar to focus on your view of tickets, tables and graphs.

New to G360: Inventory

We’re excited to introduce our new Inventory feature, created to simplify tracking and managing your Granite services. This highly anticipated addition equips your team with powerful insights to achieve complete visibility into both current and historical inventory.

Key features:

  • Real time metrics: Review the inventory dashboard to see key KPIs or recently added and end dated services.
  • Service or account table view: Change your view to maximize your inventory management. Organize by account to view a summary of services on a per account basis or by service to view an itemized table.
  • Customize table columns: Display columns that are important and hide columns as you see fit. Your view is completely customizable to your needs.
  • Search, sort and filter: Quickly locate services or accounts with our search, sort and filter features.
  • Quick actions: Utilize quick actions to order services, open repair tickets or dispatch technicians directly to the service or account you are viewing.

New to G360: Table Customization

Work smarter not harder with G360 customizable table views! This feature was designed to put you in control by choosing what you want to see and hiding what you don't, making G360 feel like it was made specifically for you. Arranging TechExpress and NOCExpress tables is meant to maximize your efficiency and streamline ticket tracking.

How to customize your table view within TechExpress or NOCExpress:

  1. Click the "Customize" button next to the search bar, and a side bar will expand to display available column options.
  2. Toggle on or off the desired columns, such as "Account name," "Submitted by," "Parent account," and more.
  3. Drag and drop the column names to rearrange their display order.
  4. Click out of or collapse the side bar and see your changes stick!

G360 will save your selections and automatically display the table with your preferences next time you return. You can edit your view again at any time.

New to TechExpress: Rate your Dispatch

We are thrilled to announce a new TechExpress feature - rate your dispatch!

We invite you to provide feedback on technicians dispatched to your locations as a way to improve future on-site support. After each service is completed, you’ll receive a quick prompt within the ticket to rate the technician based on the quality of service, professionalism, and timeliness.

Why you’ll love it:

  • Better service: Your ratings help ensure top-quality technicians are assigned to your requests.
  • Faster resolution: Your feedback helps us identify areas for improvement, leading to even quicker and more efficient dispatches.
  • Transparent communication: Open feedback channels mean no more guesswork—just clear, effective communication for every site visit! 

How it works:

  1. Receive a notification: As soon as a job is completed, you will receive a notification in G360. 
  2. Rate the technician: Click the notification to review a dispatch summary or click the "Provide feedback" button to choose a star rating from 1 to 5 and share your thoughts, which helps us understand your experience better. 
  3. Help us improve: Your feedback will help us continue improving our service, ensuring that only the best technicians are dispatched to your location in the future.

New to TechExpress: Create New Accounts

Check out our latest TechExpress feature! Don't see the site you are looking for in G360? Expanding your business to new locations? Create accounts for new addresses directly within G360!

When dispatching to a new address, simply type the new address in the "Which address will we be servicing" search bar. 

G360 will automatically populate the account if one already exists. If it does not, an option to "Create new account" will appear. Select this option and complete the steps to finish building your new location. Once you've created the account, you can proceed with the dispatch request for your new site.

New to TechExpress: Templates


We're excited to announce the release of our newest TechExpress feature - scope of work templates! If you find yourself opening the same dispatch request over and over again for different addresses, this feature is for you. Users with Company Admin permissions can now prepare scope of work templates that users from your organization can select from when opening a dispatch request.

To create a new scope of work template, Company Admins can click the "Templates" button on the TechExpress dashboard. To select a scope of work template when opening a ticket, users can click the "Templates" button underneath the "How can we help" section.

New to TechExpress: Drafts

We are thrilled to announce the latest addition to Granite360 - the draft feature for TechExpress! This highly requested tool is now available to all users in TechExpress, making dispatch requests even more efficient and seamless.

With the TechExpress draft feature, you will no longer have to worry about losing your progress when creating new tickets. This new feature allows you to save your work as a draft at any point during the ticket creation process, giving you the flexibility to come back and make changes whenever you need to.

Here's how it works: simply click on the "Save As Draft" button located at the top of the page when opening a dispatch ticket, and your current progress will be saved. You can access your drafts on the Index Page under the "My Drafts" tab. Your draft will be stored for 60 days, so you can easily access and edit it whenever necessary.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can disrupt your workflow, and this feature is designed to accommodate those situations. Whether you need to attend to an urgent matter, receive feedback from your team, or simply take a break, the Save As Draft feature ensures that your progress is not lost.
