We are thrilled to announce a new TechExpress feature - rate your dispatch!
We invite you to provide feedback on technicians dispatched to your locations as a way to improve future on-site support. After each service is completed, you’ll receive a quick prompt within the ticket to rate the technician based on the quality of service, professionalism, and timeliness.

- Faster resolution: Your feedback helps us identify areas for improvement, leading to even quicker and more efficient dispatches.
- Transparent communication: Open feedback channels mean no more guesswork—just clear, effective communication for every site visit!
How it works:
- Receive a notification: As soon as a job is completed, you will receive a notification in G360.
- Rate the technician: Click the notification to review a dispatch summary or click the "Provide feedback" button to choose a star rating from 1 to 5 and share your thoughts, which helps us understand your experience better.
- Help us improve: Your feedback will help us continue improving our service, ensuring that only the best technicians are dispatched to your location in the future.
