New to G360: Table Customization

Work smarter not harder with G360 customizable table views! This feature was designed to put you in control by choosing what you want to see and hiding what you don't, making G360 feel like it was made specifically for you. Arranging TechExpress and NOCExpress tables is meant to maximize your efficiency and streamline ticket tracking.

How to customize your table view within TechExpress or NOCExpress:

  1. Click the "Customize" button next to the search bar, and a side bar will expand to display available column options.
  2. Toggle on or off the desired columns, such as "Account name," "Submitted by," "Parent account," and more.
  3. Drag and drop the column names to rearrange their display order.
  4. Click out of or collapse the side bar and see your changes stick!

G360 will save your selections and automatically display the table with your preferences next time you return. You can edit your view again at any time.

New to TechExpress: Rate your Dispatch

We are thrilled to announce a new TechExpress feature - rate your dispatch!

We invite you to provide feedback on technicians dispatched to your locations as a way to improve future on-site support. After each service is completed, you’ll receive a quick prompt within the ticket to rate the technician based on the quality of service, professionalism, and timeliness.

Why you’ll love it:

  • Better service: Your ratings help ensure top-quality technicians are assigned to your requests.
  • Faster resolution: Your feedback helps us identify areas for improvement, leading to even quicker and more efficient dispatches.
  • Transparent communication: Open feedback channels mean no more guesswork—just clear, effective communication for every site visit! 

How it works:

  1. Receive a notification: As soon as a job is completed, you will receive a notification in G360. 
  2. Rate the technician: Click the notification to review a dispatch summary or click the "Provide feedback" button to choose a star rating from 1 to 5 and share your thoughts, which helps us understand your experience better. 
  3. Help us improve: Your feedback will help us continue improving our service, ensuring that only the best technicians are dispatched to your location in the future.

New to TechExpress: Create New Accounts

Check out our latest TechExpress feature! Don't see the site you are looking for in G360? Expanding your business to new locations? Create accounts for new addresses directly within G360!

When dispatching to a new address, simply type the new address in the "Which address will we be servicing" search bar. 

G360 will automatically populate the account if one already exists. If it does not, an option to "Create new account" will appear. Select this option and complete the steps to finish building your new location. Once you've created the account, you can proceed with the dispatch request for your new site.

New to TechExpress: Templates


We're excited to announce the release of our newest TechExpress feature - scope of work templates! If you find yourself opening the same dispatch request over and over again for different addresses, this feature is for you. Users with Company Admin permissions can now prepare scope of work templates that users from your organization can select from when opening a dispatch request.

To create a new scope of work template, Company Admins can click the "Templates" button on the TechExpress dashboard. To select a scope of work template when opening a ticket, users can click the "Templates" button underneath the "How can we help" section.

New to TechExpress: Drafts

We are thrilled to announce the latest addition to Granite360 - the draft feature for TechExpress! This highly requested tool is now available to all users in TechExpress, making dispatch requests even more efficient and seamless.

With the TechExpress draft feature, you will no longer have to worry about losing your progress when creating new tickets. This new feature allows you to save your work as a draft at any point during the ticket creation process, giving you the flexibility to come back and make changes whenever you need to.

Here's how it works: simply click on the "Save As Draft" button located at the top of the page when opening a dispatch ticket, and your current progress will be saved. You can access your drafts on the Index Page under the "My Drafts" tab. Your draft will be stored for 60 days, so you can easily access and edit it whenever necessary.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can disrupt your workflow, and this feature is designed to accommodate those situations. Whether you need to attend to an urgent matter, receive feedback from your team, or simply take a break, the Save As Draft feature ensures that your progress is not lost.

New to G360: Notifications & Alerting

We are excited to announce a new feature: Granite360 Notifications! This feature is designed to keep you informed about important updates on your organization's active TechExpress and NOCExpress tickets.

With G360 notifications, you can easily manage your preferences and receive alerts for various events within the platform. You can choose both how and when you want to receive notifications, giving you complete control over the notifications you receive. This means you'll never miss a critical update again. 

To manage your notification preferences, simply click the bell icon on the top navigation bar and select "Notification preferences." From there, you can easily toggle on or off the events you want to be notified about. You can also choose your preferred method of receiving notifications.
