This feature was designed to put you in control by choosing what you want to see and hiding what you don't, making G360 feel like it was made specifically for you. Arranging TechExpress and NOCExpress tables is meant to maximize your efficiency and streamline ticket tracking.

How to customize your table view within TechExpress or NOCExpress:

1. Click the "Customize" button next to the search bar, and a side bar will expand to display available column options.
2. Toggle on or off the desired columns, such as "Account name," "Submitted by," "Parent account," and more.
3. Drag and drop the column names to rearrange their display order.
4. Click out of or collapse the side bar and see your changes stick!

G360 will save your selections and automatically display the table with your preferences next time you return. You can edit your view again at any time.
