New to TechExpress: Templates
We're excited to announce the release of our newest TechExpress feature - scope of work templates! If you find yourself opening the same dispatch request over and over again for different addresses, this feature is for you. Users with Company Admin permissions can now prepare scope of work templates that users from your organization can select from when opening a dispatch request.
To create a new scope of work template, Company Admins can click the "Templates" button on the TechExpress dashboard. To select a scope of work template when opening a ticket, users can click the "Templates" button underneath the "How can we help" section.
