New to TechExpress: Drafts
We are thrilled to announce the latest addition to Granite360 - the draft feature for TechExpress! This highly requested tool is now available to all users in TechExpress, making dispatch requests even more efficient and seamless.
With the TechExpress draft feature, you will no longer have to worry about losing your progress when creating new tickets. This new feature allows you to save your work as a draft at any point during the ticket creation process, giving you the flexibility to come back and make changes whenever you need to.
Here's how it works: simply click on the "Save As Draft" button located at the top of the page when opening a dispatch ticket, and your current progress will be saved. You can access your drafts on the Index Page under the "My Drafts" tab. Your draft will be stored for 60 days, so you can easily access and edit it whenever necessary.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can disrupt your workflow, and this feature is designed to accommodate those situations. Whether you need to attend to an urgent matter, receive feedback from your team, or simply take a break, the Save As Draft feature ensures that your progress is not lost.
