Starlink Monitoring Now Available in Granite360 🚀
We’ve added Starlink visibility and monitoring to Granite360, making it easier to manage Starlink terminals alongside your other network services.
This release introduces a unified view of Starlink devices, interactive location monitoring, and device-level insights—helping teams diagnose issues faster and reduce the need for multiple tools.

📍 Interactive Starlink Map
Quickly understand the health of your Starlink network.
- View all Starlink locations on an interactive map
- Color-coded pins indicate device status (online/offline)
- Click any location to view device details instantly
- Search by state or location to quickly isolate regions
This makes it easy to identify regional outages and investigate incidents faster.
🛰️ Starlink Device List
A centralized list of all managed Starlink terminals including:
- Status indicator
- Device / Kit ID
- Software version
- Site name
- Uptime
- Last online timestamp
Sort by Status or Last Online to prioritize devices that require attention.
🔎 Starlink Device Details
Access deeper information about any Starlink terminal including:
- Site and device identifiers
- Historical device performance metrics including throughput, packet loss, latency, signal quality, obstruction, and uptime
- Device usage against pool usage
- Software version and uptime
You can also open a support ticket directly from the device page, with device context automatically included.
